Corporate Recruiter (Full‑Time, High‑Volume)

About the role

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking an energetic full‑time Corporate Recruiter to support its high‑volume hiring needs across the energy sector. You will partner with hiring managers to drive talent acquisition and contribute to the company’s growth and in‑house training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand departmental staffing needs.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract quality talent.
• Leverage online recruiting sources, social media, and candidate databases to source candidates.
• Review resumes, prescreen candidates, and present concise recommendations to hiring managers.
• Provide timely feedback throughout the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of SPATCO’s business model, culture, and talent acquisition strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to source talent at all organizational levels.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and independent work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Full‑cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
• Use of web‑based recruiting tools, candidate search databases, and social media platforms.
• Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook proficiency.
