Creative Performance Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Performance Designer to craft high‑performing static ad creatives for paid‑social campaigns. You will work closely with founders and marketers to turn ideas into scalable, on‑brand assets that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Create static ad creatives for platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
• Own the end‑to‑end creative process from concept through final execution.
• Test, iterate and optimise creatives based on performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Research competitors, trends and audience insights to uncover new creative opportunities.
• Stay current with design trends, social platform updates and AI tools to continuously improve output.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design or creative marketing with a strong portfolio of digital ads.
• Excellent command of English and ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and how creative influences them.
• Bonus: experience creating and editing video content.
