Customer Care Representative – English (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Care Representative to join our e‑commerce support team in Westlands, Kenya. The role involves handling inbound inquiries through phone, email and live‑chat, providing product information, assisting with order placement and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate product details and guide customers through the ordering process.
• Resolve complaints and issues within agreed service levels.
• Collect and report feedback to improve service quality.
• Support after‑sales activities for e‑commerce transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and complete assigned tasks.

Required profile

• College diploma or higher.
• Fluent English with an American accent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales or pre‑sales.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce after‑sales support processes.
• Reliable, customer‑focused and able to handle multiple interactions efficiently.
