Customer Liaison Executive

About the role

Capemay Properties Limited is looking for a Customer Liaison Executive to guide property buyers from initial contact through post‑sale support, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for prospective and existing property buyers.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships throughout the sales and occupancy phases.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance and Project teams to deliver a smooth customer journey.
• Manage post‑purchase interactions, including handover preparation, documentation and payment schedule guidance.
• Organise snagging inspections and unit handovers.
• Address post‑handover issues such as maintenance requests, defect reporting and warranty follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in customer service, real estate or a similar role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Calm, professional and solution‑driven under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
