Customer Representative – Sales Intake & Triage

About the role

As a Customer Representative at Peach, you will be the first operational control point in the sales journey, handling incoming enquiries and ensuring smooth handoffs to Relationship Advisors. This role focuses on speed, data hygiene, and accurate routing without engaging in direct sales.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk‑in enquiries during staffed hours.
• Warmly greet customers, identify their intent (buyer, seller, trade‑in, or general guest), and capture minimum required information.
• Confirm key details such as vehicle interest, timing, location, preferred contact method, finance interest, and readiness for the next step.
• Assign each valid enquiry to the appropriate Relationship Advisor based on branch, stock type, language, workload, and customer need.
• Book the first qualified next step (consultation calls, viewings, test drives, seller intake calls, or inspection slots) and send confirmations and reminders.
• Create or update CRM records in real time, de‑duplicate contacts, and keep mandatory fields complete.
• Monitor queue hygiene, flag stale contacts or broken handoffs, and raise issues quickly.
• Escalate sales enquiries, urgent complaints, suspicious behaviour, privacy concerns, and customer‑experience risks through the correct channels.
• Capture only necessary data and avoid storing insecure documents.
• Identify recurring lead‑quality or routing issues and feed them back to the sales operation team.
