Customer Service Representative

About the role

Top Star Express is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to deliver “Convenience Done Right” to every guest. You will work in a fast‑paced store environment, providing friendly, efficient service while maintaining a clean and safe location.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage in friendly conversations.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and keeping all areas orderly, including bathrooms and forecourt.
• Follow food preparation, cash handling, timekeeping, and sanitation procedures.
• Cross‑train in other store areas such as food service.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention and safety guidelines.
• Pay strong attention to detail and work both independently and as part of a team.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic, and passionate about serving customers.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures accurately.
• US work authorization.
• Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time schedules.
