Customer Success Associate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Customer Success Associate to join our team. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, helping them adopt our platform, resolve technical issues, and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support: receive, triage, test, and resolve tickets within SLA, and keep customers informed.
• Assist in onboarding new customers, support system setup, and deliver training sessions and refresher courses.
• Manage day‑to‑day account activities, conduct monthly check‑ins, maintain SOPs, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Complete the Customer Success learning path, pass certification assessments, and shadow engagements across industries.
• Collect and log customer feedback, participate in UAT, maintain accurate ticket records, and create knowledge‑base articles.

• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills across WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Commitment to continuously grow technical and product knowledge.
