Data Scientist – Python (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with strong Python expertise to join a global technology leader on a full‑time remote basis. You will develop, train, and optimize AI models while collaborating with researchers and annotators to improve performance through reinforcement learning with human feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality Python code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct systematic evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce clear explanations and rationales for evaluation outcomes in Jupyter notebooks or similar formats.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and curating task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science and machine learning.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from public data sources.
• Excellent written communication for documenting technical decisions and reasoning.
