About the role

We are seeking a qualified Dentist to join our healthcare team in Westlands, Nairobi. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive dental care, educate patients on oral hygiene, and contribute to community health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough oral health assessments and diagnose dental conditions.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Perform a wide range of clinical dental procedures.
• Provide patient‑centered education on preventive care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, ethical care.
• Maintain compliance with infection‑control, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and best practices.
• Mentor junior dental staff and support their professional development.
• Participate in community outreach and oral health awareness programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration and practicing license with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board (KMPDB).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a dental practice.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient‑care skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth.
