Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

The Digital Marketing Associate will support MNC Consulting Group’s growing aesthetics and skincare division by creating and managing engaging content across multiple social platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to amplify brand awareness, promote services, and drive audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos of treatments, behind‑the‑scenes moments, staff features and client journeys.
• Edit videos, reels and promotional assets using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Develop content calendars and creative concepts aligned with marketing goals.
• Monitor social media trends and propose innovative ideas to boost engagement.
• Assist with paid advertising, SEO initiatives and email marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote new services, events and educational programs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and contribute fresh ideas.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, healthcare or wellness is a plus but not mandatory.
