Digital Marketing & Client Relations Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Client Relations Assistant to join Pemarc Training Institute in Nairobi. The role combines creative digital marketing with front‑office client support, helping to raise the institute’s visibility and attract new students.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Pemarc’s presence on all social media platforms.
• Create engaging graphics, reels, videos, posters and promotional materials using Canva and video‑editing tools.
• Record, edit and publish video content for social media, website and campaigns.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective and existing clients via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
• Perform reception and front‑office duties, ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors.
• Support marketing campaigns, lead generation and student recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads.
• Assist with administrative, customer‑service and business‑development tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social‑media marketing and digital content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Creative storytelling, copywriting and confidence on camera.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for efficiency.
• Experience in education or corporate learning environments is a plus.
