Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves overseeing electrical installations, maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety standards within our manufacturing and warehousing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install and maintain electrical systems across production facilities.
• Interpret and apply electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in electrical systems, installations and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Professional registration or relevant certification is an advantage.
