Entry-Level Aerial Operative – Training Provided

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our aerial operations team. No prior experience is required – you will receive full training through our Lantra‑approved programme and progress your career in a growing, outdoor‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out aerial work such as vegetation management and fencing tasks.
• Operate equipment safely while adhering to health‑and‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Attend occasional weekend shifts (approximately one per month) as needed.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong desire to work outdoors.
• Team‑oriented, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Loyal, hard‑working and willing to follow training guidance.

Required skills

• Mechanical understanding.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Vegetation management (desirable).
• Fencing experience (desirable).

What we offer

• Starting salary of £25,500 per annum.
• £4,000 initial training allowance.
