EPC Contractor – Engineering, Procurement & Construction

About the role

Panterra Holdings is seeking an EPC Contractor to lead engineering, procurement, and construction activities for projects in Kajiado. The role is on‑site and requires coordination with design teams, vendors, contractors, and local authorities to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) execution in line with contractual, technical, safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate design reviews, manage vendor and contractor interfaces, and supervise construction and installation.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, track material procurement, and monitor site progress.
• Resolve technical or operational issues with project stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to risk assessments, implement HSE procedures, and provide regular status reports.

Required profile

• Strong EPC project management experience on industrial or energy projects.
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools with ability to manage timelines, budgets and resources.
• Solid technical background in civil, mechanical, electrical or energy engineering.
• Experience in vendor and contractor management, tender evaluation and contract administration.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and proven record of enforcing site safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
