Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager is fully accountable for the end‑to‑end management of the BPO office within Tatu City, ensuring the facility remains safe, secure and operational in line with PCI DSS/ISO 27001 standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Physical security & access control – enforce security guidelines, manage keys and access cards, conduct bag checks and address breaches.
• Facilities & vendor management – oversee opening/closing procedures, coordinate contractors, manage catering logistics and enforce clean‑desk policies.
• Health, safety & emergency response – lead fire and emergency drills, manage incident escalation and community liaison.
• Transportation coordination – schedule staff transport for 24/7 shifts and monitor vendor performance.
• Facilities maintenance – conduct inspections and schedule reactive and preventive maintenance for critical systems such as UPS, generators, HVAC, CCTV and access control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of facilities or security management experience, including at least 2 years in a BPO or PCI‑regulated environment.
• Proven experience managing vendors, contractors and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience in a 24/7 shift‑based operation is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Management of CCTV and biometric access control systems.
• Use of incident reporting tools such as Jira, Smartsheet or Excel.
