About the role
Euroform, a fast‑growing façade and fenestration company in Kenya, is looking for a Field Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real‑estate sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with architects, engineers, developers, and contractors.
- Identify sales opportunities and pitch Euroform’s aluminium windows, doors, façades and roller‑blind systems.
- Prepare and deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals.
- Monitor projects from quotation through delivery and installation, providing client support.
- Track payments and coordinate with finance to ensure commissions are based on collected revenue.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for signed contracts and revenue.
- Represent Euroform at industry events, site visits, and project meetings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales roles.
- Well‑networked within the real‑estate sector.
