Forklift Operator (M/F)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be responsible for moving, loading and unloading goods safely while supporting daily logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver goods as assigned.
• Inspect the forklift before each shift, report defects and ensure safe operation.
• Load and off‑load client goods according to the warehouse supervisor’s instructions.
• Safely stack goods, keep aisles and work areas clean, organized and free from hazards.
• Follow all occupational health, safety, food safety and company operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor and team members to meet daily operational targets.
• Handle the forklift responsibly to minimise damage and expenses.
• Report any forklift damage to the workshop team.

Required profile

• O Level (or equivalent secondary education).
• Valid relevant driving licence.
• At least 2 years of experience in forklift operations or a related field.
