Forward Deployed Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a leading global IT services firm on a full‑time remote basis. In this role you will work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, configure, and scale AI solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and rapid adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI/ML models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients, meeting performance and scalability targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback, refine solutions, and improve future deployments.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployed systems.
• Provide technical leadership through customer training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
