Freelance Editor for Multimedia Projects (Need‑Based)

About the role

Digimatt Solutions Limited is a leading creative agency seeking freelance editors to join its talent pool on a need‑based, project‑by‑project basis. The role supports video, audio, and written content production for a variety of clients across digital and broadcast platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished commercials, documentaries, social media clips, and corporate videos.
• Perform color correction, audio syncing, motion‑graphics insertion, subtitle creation, and platform‑specific formatting.
• Clean and enhance audio recordings, remove background noise, add sound effects, music, and ensure clear voice‑over quality.
• Proofread, edit, and fact‑check written materials such as blogs, scripts, marketing copy, subtitles, and reports.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align edits with project vision and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in video, audio, or copy editing with a portfolio or demo reel.
• Strong attention to detail, storytelling ability, and adherence to brand tone.
• Ability to work independently on a flexible, need‑based schedule.

Required skills

• Video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• Motion‑graphics and color‑grading tools: After Effects, Motion Graphics, Color Grading.
• Audio editing tools: Audacity, Adobe Audition, Pro Tools.
• Copy editing tools: WordPress, Google Docs, CMS platforms.
