Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk team member will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at iSON Xperiences’ Settlement office. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a professional, courteous demeanor and the ability to manage a busy reception area while supporting internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer and route inbound phone calls, and respond to general inquiries.
• Manage visitor sign‑in procedures, issue access badges, and maintain a secure reception area.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting‑room bookings, and handle mail and package distribution.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as record‑keeping, email handling, and calendar management.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a polite and confident communication style.
• High reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration or hospitality is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email and calendar tools.
• Basic spreadsheet competence.
• Experience using visitor management and phone systems.
