Full-Stack Developer (AI‑First Product)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Full‑Stack Developer to join an early‑stage, AI‑first product team building a modern platform for the waste hauling and logistics industry. This remote, full‑time position offers the chance to shape architecture, influence product direction, and deliver a scalable solution from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop a modular web application using modern frameworks such as Next.js and TypeScript.
• Design and implement REST APIs and webhook integrations with third‑party CRM, billing, and logistics systems.
• Build AI‑powered features that automate workflows and enhance user experience.
• Participate in product discovery, identify technical gaps, and propose optimization opportunities.
• Own the full development lifecycle: deployment, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create a flexible, extensible system ready for future integrations and product expansion.
• Engage in pair‑programming sessions to share knowledge and align with stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies based on fit rather than familiarity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of full‑stack development experience.
• At least one production‑level application shipped.
• At least 1 year of experience using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) in development workflows.
• Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable architecture.
• Proven ability to work independently in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to challenge ideas constructively.
• Passion for coding beyond work, including side projects or experimentation.
