General Ledger Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented General Ledger Specialist to join Keda Ceramics’ finance team. The role will ensure accurate maintenance of the general ledger, support month‑end close, and provide reliable financial information for management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts accurately and timely.
• Prepare and post journal entries for monthly financial activities.
• Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes.
• Perform bank, balance‑sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and schedules for management review.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
• Assist with external and internal audits by preparing supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and other departments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in general ledger accounting or finance operations.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
