Group Project Manager

About the role

The Group Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across Emerge Egress Consulting’s subsidiaries. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards while supporting the Group’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables and resource needs.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, coordinating internal teams, consultants, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and put in place appropriate mitigation measures.
• Align project activities with the Group’s strategic direction, working with leadership to prioritize initiatives and optimise resource allocation.
• Establish monitoring processes to track progress, costs, risks and deliverables, and present regular updates to senior management.
• Prepare and oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures and ensure cost‑effective implementation.
• Facilitate collaboration between subsidiaries and business units, acting as the central coordination link.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field (required); MBA or related master’s degree is an advantage.
• Proactive, results‑oriented professional capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, engage stakeholders and provide strategic insights.
