HORECA Sales Representative – Packaged Juices

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HORECA Sales Representative to promote our packed juice portfolio across hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars and clubs in Nairobi. The role focuses on driving sales, expanding market presence and building strong relationships with key outlet managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow HORECA accounts within the assigned territory, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure full product listing and optimal SKU availability in all assigned outlets.
• Identify and onboard new outlets, negotiate listings, pricing and promotional placements.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor product availability, visibility and compliance.
• Execute in‑outlet promotions, brand activations and sampling activities, coordinating merchandising and POS materials.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and provide timely reports.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline and customer feedback; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and stock replenishment, support credit control and ensure timely collections.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years proven sales experience in beverages, FMCG or HORECA channels.
• Strong knowledge of the Nairobi beverage market and established relationships with bar and restaurant managers (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid driving licence.
