HR Manager – Operations & Administration

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will be embedded within the Operations department of Fast Choice Limited, acting as a strategic HR Business Partner. The role aligns HR practices with business objectives, drives people strategy, and supports the Customer Order Manager, Production, Imports, Warehouse and Logistics functions. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and talent development to ensure a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations leadership to align HR strategies with departmental goals and provide HR insights and analytics.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding for operational roles.
• Design and deliver structured onboarding and integration programmes for new hires.
• Implement and monitor performance management frameworks, supporting goal setting, KPI alignment and regular appraisals.
• Provide employee‑relations support and drive talent development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within an operations‑focused environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations.
• Ability to work closely with senior leaders and translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
