Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an HR Specialist to work closely with the HR Business Partner in delivering strategic and operational HR solutions to internal and external clients. The role focuses on talent management, regulatory compliance, and enhancing employee experience within a dynamic, growing organization based in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner in providing HR services and solutions to clients.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience aligned with company policies.
• Document, organize, and update HR policies, procedures, and resources.
• Conduct HR audits and monitor compliance with processes and regulations.
• Support initiatives related to organizational culture, HR systems, and HR processes.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters and HR best practices.
• Manage leave administration, benefits, performance management, and personnel administration.
• Support learning and development programs.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external clients by delivering practical and timely solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• C1 English proficiency (90%).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience in recruitment & selection, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
