Implementation Coordinator

About the role

The Implementation Coordinator will guide new clients through the full onboarding journey, from signed agreement to live system. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring that each implementation is delivered on time, accurately configured, and aligned with the client’s HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end client onboarding, drafting implementation plans and realistic timelines.
• Schedule and lead kickoff meetings, track milestones, and coordinate internal teams.
• Assist clients with data migration, set up organisational structures, and configure leave, attendance, shift and holiday calendars.
• Validate imported data for accuracy before go‑live and manage client communications throughout the project.
• Conduct training sessions, run user‑acceptance testing, confirm go‑live readiness and provide hyper‑care support post‑launch.
• Handle first‑line client queries, log issues, troubleshoot basic product problems and escalate technical matters.
• Maintain implementation checklists, configuration records, meeting notes and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, IT or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2‑3 years of experience in HRIS, ERP, SaaS implementation, HR administration, customer success or project coordination.
• Project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with client data handling and system configuration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
