In-house Counsel – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced In-house Counsel to join a fast‑growing technology platform on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and transactional matters to support the company’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as service, partnership and vendor contracts.
• Advise the board and management on corporate governance, shareholder meetings and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security and other applicable laws.
• Maintain corporate records, including minute books, stock ledgers and certificates.
• Support mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions as needed.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in a state bar association.
• At least 5 years of corporate law experience, focusing on transactions and compliance.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
