Investment Sales Executive

About the role

The Investment Sales Executive will drive investor acquisition and revenue growth for True Group by positioning residential income‑generating properties as structured investment products. This role serves as the primary contact for prospective investors, translating the company’s managed‑yield model into clear, compelling investment cases that match client financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential investors through referrals, digital leads, networking events, diaspora outreach, and corporate channels.
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, tracking prospects from first contact through to close while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct detailed investor consultations in person, virtually, or via diaspora‑friendly channels to understand financial goals and match clients to the appropriate product.
• Present and articulate the investment case for each project, covering rental yields, capital appreciation, payment plan structures, title security, and management model.
• Own the full client journey from lead to close, maintaining consistent communication and building long‑term investor trust.
• Support clients through transaction documentation, payment plan onboarding, and legal milestones in coordination with internal teams.
