Junior HR Business Partner

About the role

The Junior HR Business Partner will work closely with the Head of HR to support line managers and employees, ensuring the bank achieves its strategic objectives through high‑performing teams. This role provides day‑to‑day guidance on all HR matters and helps build a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of HR in delivering HR services to line managers.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures and day‑to‑day issues.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations activities.
• Help monitor and report on HR metrics that drive business performance.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve processes and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources or a related field.
• CHRP certification or higher diploma in HR.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
