About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Project Officer / Research Analyst to support the Cooperation Facility project that will implement EU Action and Team Europe initiatives in Lesotho. The role offers analytical and operational support to technical assignments within a short‑term, on‑demand framework.

Key responsibilities

Provide analytical and operational support to technical assignments.
Conduct research, collect and analyse data, and prepare technical documentation.
Support coordination of missions, reporting and project implementation.
Assist with monitoring activities and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

3–5 years of experience in project coordination, research and analytical support.
Experience in development cooperation projects is an advantage.
Familiarity with EU‑funded projects is a plus.
