Junior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate will support our recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for multiple departments. This junior‑level position offers the chance to develop end‑to‑end recruitment skills in a fast‑paced environment based in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interview sessions between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR assistance or generalist roles.
• Experience with high‑volume, full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong motivation, positive attitude and genuine passion for talent acquisition.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing candidate data.
