Landscape Superintendent

About the role

The Landscape Superintendent works closely with the Landscape Design and Production teams to plan, manage, and install landscape projects from start to finish. This role ensures projects meet quality, safety, and budget standards while leading multiple crews.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee landscape installations with design and production teams.
• Manage multiple crews, assess staffing needs, and adjust resources as projects progress.
• Arrange equipment, product deliveries, and service requirements.
• Maintain high craftsmanship standards and ensure installations meet excellence criteria.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment on all job sites.
• Conduct pre‑construction and post‑construction walk‑throughs, generate punch lists, and verify project completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with quality workmanship.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape or construction.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL Class A preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
