Lead, IT Change & Interventions

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Lead, IT Change & Interventions to join its global Transformation Delivery and IT (TDIT) team. The role will focus on testing, data migration and other change activities that support the organisation’s digital business systems and operating platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead testing, cut‑over and data‑migration activities for transformation initiatives.
• Partner with project managers to define test approaches, scope and scenarios.
• Resolve IT‑related roadblocks on transformation projects and manage any resulting sub‑projects or change requests.
• Lead IT projects outside the formal transformation portfolio, such as migration away from Citrix and implementation of Microsoft shared tenancy.
• Identify and mitigate business risks, dependencies and delivery issues while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT change management and delivery of large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and data‑migration processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior project leadership.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to manage multiple change requests simultaneously.
