Load Control & Turnaround Coordinator

About the role

The Load Control & Turnaround Coordinator ensures on‑time aircraft performance while maintaining safety and service standards. Working within the Load Control Department, the role acts on behalf of the customer carrier to manage load documentation, communication and coordination at the ramp.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Load Sheets and LIRF documents as required by the customer carrier.
• Send accurate arrival and post‑departure messages on the carrier’s behalf.
• Monitor aircraft loading and unloading to stay within weight and centre‑of‑gravity limits.
• Verify dead‑load weights and checked‑in baggage against safety limits.
• Complete two manual Load Sheets each month to retain proficiency.
• Report any safety non‑compliance to QHSE via SMTL.
• Liaise with crew hotel, ramp in‑charge and transport suppliers to align schedules and job vouchers.
• Ensure dangerous‑goods regulations are observed and maintain effective communication with supervisors and co‑workers.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher education.
• Minimum two years of experience in aviation operations or a related field.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and pay close attention to detail.
