Male Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Male Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in a busy hotel environment. The role involves maintaining high cleaning standards, overseeing laundry operations and ensuring a hygienic environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily housekeeping activities.
• Monitor and enforce cleaning standards and hygiene practices.
• Manage laundry operations and ensure proper handling of linen.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas.
• Prepare reports and maintain inventory records.
• Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Background in hospitality, housekeeping or hotel management.
• At least 3 years of housekeeping experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, laundry processes and hygiene practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to train and supervise staff effectively.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
