Marketer cum Rider

About the role

The Marketer cum Rider will promote and sell the company’s purified, refill and packaged drinking water while also handling last‑mile delivery to customers in the assigned territory. This hybrid role combines field marketing, customer relationship management and motorcycle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote the company's water products to households, shops, hotels, offices, schools and other businesses.
• Identify and acquire new customers through door‑to‑door visits, referrals and direct engagement.
• Generate sales leads, take orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Deliver bottled, packaged and refill water to customers using a motorcycle.
• Collect empty bottles and reusable containers for return to the company.
• Promote bulk and recurring supply arrangements for high‑volume clients.
• Gather customer feedback and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, deliveries and collections.
• Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on the motorcycle.
• Meet assigned sales and marketing targets while adhering to company policies and road safety regulations.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to two years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service.
• Valid motorcycle licence and ability to operate a motorcycle safely.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Motorcycle operation and basic maintenance.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic record‑keeping and reporting abilities.
