Marketing Communications Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will lead visual communications, storytelling and content development for the PBP programme. Reporting to the Market Access Lead, the role ensures that achievements and impact are communicated clearly to makers, partners, donors and the public.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all visual output for PBP projects, maintaining a consistent and compelling visual identity.
• Design and produce presentations, catalogues, lookbooks, sell‑sheets, product one‑pagers, reports and social‑media assets.
• Create visual materials for retail launches, activations, partner engagements and market‑access campaigns.
• Develop and maintain templates and visual guidelines for programme, partner and donor communications.
• Translate data, sales results and maker achievements into infographics, impact stories and case studies.
• Coordinate maker interviews, photography sessions and video content, managing a library of visual assets.
• Support social‑media calendars and digital campaigns that highlight makers, products and programme impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading visual communications for projects or programmes.
• Ability to gather stories, data, imagery and translate them into high‑quality visual content.
• Strong collaboration skills, working across project teams and with the Market Access Lead.
