Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support scalable, data‑driven growth for Network International by assisting with account‑based marketing (ABM) campaigns, day‑to‑day campaign management and performance tracking across web, app and onboarding journeys. The role ensures accurate tracking, reporting and analysis of funnel performance to uncover optimisation opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of ABM campaigns across the group, aligning targeting and messaging with regional teams.
• Set up and manage campaigns, including UTM creation, GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer and HubSpot coordination.
• Maintain consistent tagging and tracking across website and mobile app.
• Track leads from source through onboarding to conversion, collaborating with Sales for visibility.
• Build and maintain dashboards, delivering regular performance reports on acquisition and conversion metrics.
• Monitor funnel performance, flag drop‑offs and provide data‑backed recommendations to improve conversion rates.
• Partner with Demand Generation, Product & Tech and Sales teams as the single point of contact for marketing data and tracking.

Required profile

• Experience in data‑driven marketing and campaign management within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor and interpret funnel metrics.
• Proactive collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
