Marketing Supervisor – Loyalty Program

About the role

KEDA Kenya Ceramics is looking for a Marketing Supervisor to lead its app‑based loyalty program and boost customer engagement through digital tools. You will oversee program operations, guide users on the VOSA system, and work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless marketing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the loyalty program, including gift loading/unloading, exchange orders, and redemption follow‑ups.
• Assist customers in using the company’s digital systems and app, troubleshooting VOSA‑related issues.
• Develop and implement optimisation plans to enhance marketing processes and digital engagement.
• Design, deliver and coordinate training programmes for internal staff, customers and partners.
• Plan and execute workshops, training sessions and partner events that support marketing goals.
• Produce accurate reports on program performance, digital engagement and marketing initiatives for management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of loyalty campaigns and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, IT, E‑Commerce, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing operations, digital system management, team leadership and event coordination.
• Strong training and coaching abilities.
• Proven capability in reporting, data analysis and delivering actionable insights.
