About the role
Maryjoy School is seeking a qualified Maths and Chemistry Teacher to join its academic team in Westlands, Mombasa. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality instruction in both subjects and supporting the school’s co‑curricular programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver mathematics lessons to students.
- Deliver chemistry lessons to students.
- Participate in co‑curricular activities as required.
Required profile
- Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- Minimum three years of teaching experience.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Compliance with the Competency‑Based Education (CBE) and Competency‑Based Curriculum (CBC) frameworks.
- Holder of a P1 Certificate or an Upgrades Diploma in Education.
- Willingness to contribute to co‑curricular activities.
Required skills
- Basic ICT knowledge (advantageous).
