New Product Development & Production Supervisor

About the role

Limitless Packaging Ltd is seeking a creative, hands‑on professional to lead new product development and supervise daily production in its fast‑growing food manufacturing business. You will work across a range of FMCG brands, from kombucha and sauces to snacks and pet treats, turning concepts into market‑ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new food and beverage products from concept through to factory production.
• Improve existing formulations, taste, texture and shelf‑life.
• Conduct product trials and scale recipes from kitchen to industrial scale.
• Supervise daily production activities and factory staff.
• Ensure quality consistency and monitor critical parameters such as pH, Brix and water activity.
• Work with ingredients, flavours, preservatives and packaging materials.
• Maintain hygiene, food‑safety standards and production cleanliness.
• Assist with documentation and basic compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
• Experience in food manufacturing or product development is an advantage.
• Hands‑on, creative mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good understanding of food processing and production operations.
• Knowledge of beverages, sauces, snacks or bakery products is a plus.
• Organised, disciplined and eager to learn.
