Nurse Practitioner – BOSC Clinic (Diego Garcia)

About the role

Amentum is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive medical care at the BOSC Clinic on Diego Garcia. You will work in a remote, multi‑national environment supporting a US Navy program.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure evidence‑based patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation meets contractual and regulatory standards.
• Deliver emergency medical care and support public health and medical readiness initiatives.
• Assist in quality‑improvement activities and contribute to clinic operations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in nursing with a current Nurse Practitioner license meeting US standards.
• 1‑3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
• Valid passport (minimum 1‑year validity) and ability to travel internationally.
• Ability to pass contract medical requirements and maintain facility credentials.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
