About the role

Brites Management Services Limited is seeking five qualified nurses to join a busy clinic in Nairobi. The role is full‑time and involves direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations and vital signs monitoring.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans in partnership with doctors and other healthcare providers.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections and treatments safely, documenting dosage and timing.
• Operate basic clinical equipment, assist in minor procedures and ensure proper sterilisation.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and prepare required clinical reports.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication adherence and healthy lifestyles.
• Follow infection prevention and control guidelines and promote a safe clinical environment.
• Collaborate with doctors, clinical officers and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Valid registration and practising licence from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• 2–3 years of experience in a busy clinic or healthcare facility.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
