Job description
职位概况
负责洗衣粉生产线的主粉喷雾操作，确保配方准确、设备稳定运行及产品质量符合标准。
主要职责
- 根据包装计划选择并确认配方，确保喷粉配方与成品规格一致。
- 按系统设定配制合格浆料，控制投料顺序和数量。
- 监控并处理后加料失重秤的皮重异常和进料上下限报警。
- 每半小时检查基粉的外观、压强、含水量等质量指标。
- 熟练操作喷雾干燥系统及车间所有设备，执行开停机及日常维护。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，1.5年以上洗衣粉生产操作经验。
- 具备质量安全意识、抗压能力和团队协作能力。
- 诚实正直、细致耐心、责任心强。

- 失重秤异常处理
- 产品质量检测（密度、压强、含水量等）
