Online Customer Care & Sales Representative

About the role

Paton Healthcare Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Online Customer Care & Sales Representative to join its Nairobi team. You will interact with customers through digital channels, guide them on product benefits, and help drive online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and e‑commerce platforms.
• Explain product features, recommend suitable healthcare items, and upsell where appropriate.
• Process orders, manage returns or exchanges, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update online product listings and support promotional campaigns.
• Record all customer interactions in the CRM system and generate regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering courteous service.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with active listening and empathy.
• Excellent written communication in English; Kiswahili is a plus.
• Experience in retail, online sales, or customer support, preferably in healthcare or consumer products.
• Ability to work on‑site in Nairobi and cooperate with a diverse team.
• Relevant education such as a certificate, diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
