Operations Manager – Device Financing

About the role

The Operations Manager – Device Financing will lead end‑to‑end business processes for our device financing portfolio. You will design and enforce SOPs, monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance while driving customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full business lifecycle of device financing, from onboarding to after‑sales support.
• Design, implement and continuously improve SOPs and KPIs to maximise efficiency and compliance.
• Develop onboarding and training programmes for agents, dealers and merchant partners.
• Set high‑quality service standards, oversee after‑sales support and launch customer retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with risk teams to optimise repayment rates and execute collection strategies.
• Analyse portfolio trends, identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and automation tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a specialised operational role within device/handset financing, fintech, digital lending or consumer finance.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, risk control, collections and device management.
• Proven ability to build operational frameworks and SOPs from scratch.
• Experience working closely with technical, product and risk‑mitigation teams.
