Operations Manager – Nairobi Hub

About the role

As an Operations Manager at Athena, you will lead a high‑performing pod of Executive Partners within the Nairobi Hub, ensuring that each member relationship delivers on the promise of expanded capacity, sharper execution and a more meaningful life. The role blends relationship strategy, operational leadership and coaching to provide a best‑in‑class experience for founders, investors, public figures and other high‑impact leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pod of Executive Partners to meet Athena’s service standards.
• Design and oversee operational processes that support members such as venture‑backed startup founders, investors, public figures and busy leaders.
• Ensure member relationships deliver on expanded capacity, sharper execution and personal fulfillment.
• Collaborate with regional Hub teams to deepen service delivery and accelerate career growth.
• Maintain proximity to the Nairobi Hub (within 80 km) and participate in intensive onboarding and ongoing community activities.
