Operations & Technology Executive

About the role

The Operations & Technology Executive will lead daily service operations, drive technology adoption, and ensure seamless delivery of member services for a fast‑growing tourism & travel business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations and workflow.
• Oversee CRM, AI tools and digital platforms.
• Develop and improve operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage supplier performance and service quality.
• Oversee member billing, reporting and administration.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with governance and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to use technology and automation to improve efficiency.
• Support the effective implementation and use of operational systems and tools.
• Work closely with the CEO and the Management team on operational priorities and improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in operations, service delivery, or technology‑enabled businesses.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven project‑management and process‑improvement capabilities.
• Good understanding of CRM and digital platforms.
• Interest in AI, automation and technology‑driven business improvement.
• Attention to detail with a structured work approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
