Packaging Specialist

About the role

Kiloverse is looking for a Packaging Specialist to create and manage print‑ready artwork for product labels, consumer‑facing boxes and other packaging materials. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure every packaging piece meets design, technical and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical designs and print‑ready artwork for labels, boxes and other packaging assets.
• Work with packaging dielines and technical specifications to guarantee production‑ready files.
• Review artwork, technical details and final files before they are sent to production.
• Ensure all information on packaging and labels is accurate and aligned with requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers on printing, finishing and other production solutions.
• Coordinate packaging orders, track progress and manage production and delivery timelines.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to smooth the packaging development process from requirement gathering to final production.
• Support packaging creation and adaptation for food supplements and related product categories.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proven experience preparing packaging artwork for print using technical dielines.
• Understanding of digital and offset printing processes.
• Solid knowledge of print production and pre‑press requirements (bleeds, overprint, printing plates, separate technical layers).
• Familiarity with packaging finishing techniques such as UV, spot UV, matte/gloss varnishing, lamination, embossing, debossing and foil stamping.
• Detail‑oriented and confident reviewing technical files before production.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines with suppliers.
• Fluent in English; Lithuanian language skills are a plus.

What we offer

• Gross salary range of 2400 – 3000 EUR per month.
